Dr. Kellee Campbell, DVM founded the Dessau Veterinary Clinic in 1986. It's always been her goal to help pet owners take great care of their pets, and she accomplishes that goal by administering superb and compassionate care for all the pets that she treats. Dr. Campbell has worked hard to ensure that the Dessau Veterinary Clinic offers its patients all the latest technologies for diagnosing and treating animals in need. As a result, we have a first-class intensive care unit and radiology facility to diagnose and treat patients. Thanks to Dr. Campbell, we also have an in-house lab, pharmacy and online pharmacy, all for the convenience of our clients.
Dr. Waage, DVM came to the clinic on a part-time basis in 1996. She loves working with our clients and treating the pets in need. Returning a sick pet to health is one of the great joys in her life. In her spare time, Dr. Waage takes care of, and plays with, her four cats and four dogs at home.
Nikki Machu, RVT/Office Manager came to the Dessau Vet Clinic in March of 2002. In 2009, she graduated from MCC in Waco, TX and became a registered Vet Tech. At home, Nikki has three dogs, seven cats, a few reptiles and two daughters. She is currently earning her Master’s degree in accounting.
John has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years and serves as the clinic's primary surgery and dental technician. He has been with Dessau Veterinary Clinic since August 2002. In his free time, John enjoys bicycling as much as he can.
Mary has been with Dessau Vet Clinic since 2012, but has been working in the veterinary field since 2008. At this time, she has five dogs, two cats and one child. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, Kyah, and spending time outdoors with her pets.
Leny has been with Dessau Vet Clinic since 2014, when she started as a volunteer. It didn't take her very long to pick up on the veterinary technician trade, and not long after coming to Dessau, she was hired as a full-time employee. Leny has three pets at home: two kittens and a dog. In her spare time, Leny plays video games and enjoys spending time with her friends.
Ashley has been with Dessau Vet Clinic since 2014. She started with Dessau as a bather during the holidays but has since then realized that her passion is for veterinary medicine. At home, Ashley has a Great Pyrenees and Husky mix. Ashley also enjoys participating in flash mobs and dance recitals.
